Multigama Service, established in 2015, is part of Multigama Group and is the exclusive service partner in Romania of KSB SEE. The company's objective is to provide its customers a wide range of activities aimed at supporting them in all fields of activity (clean water, waste water, energy, irrigation, fish ponds, water purification, building maintenance systems, fire-fighting systems, food industry, chemical industry, petro-chemistry, etc.).
Among the most important services offered by Multigama Service to its customers are:
- Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for pumps, pumping groups, pumping stations, fire-fighting equipment, electric motors, submersible mixers, etc. throughout the life of the equipment (warranty and post-warranty);
- Asistență tehnică la montarea și punerea în funcțiune a tuturor echipamentelor comercializate;
- Supply of new, high-performance, hydraulically and energetically efficient equipment;
- Supply of spare parts throughout the life of the equipment;
- Technical support in the choice and sizing of equipment for various types of applications according to customer needs;
- Technical support to replace old and non-performing equipment, etc.

Specialized team
The Multigama Service staff is made up of project managers, mechanics, electricians and winders trained and periodically evaluated according to the latest standards and procedures in force.
Repair and winding workshop
Our workshop is equipped with all the necessary tools to carry out a high-performing and safe activity: crane, laser alignment machines, vibration measuring machines, hydraulic presses, electric furnaces, etc.
Service vehicles
With our fully equipped service vehicles we can intervene quickly at your location for troubleshooting and repair in case of breakdown, when time requires it.
Spare parts in stock
Our workshop includes a stock of the usual spare parts for the equipment in order to intervene quickly at your request.
